Historical Background : NEVLA was formally established on 25 November 1990 through the initiation of (mid-level technicians) para veterinarians  working in the areas of animal health services in Nepal. During the course of its history, it has completed Ten National General Assembly, five National Meetings and has celebrated 34 Establishment Day.  Objectives : Develop and implement plans for the benefit of Nepalese farmers and para veterinary professionals through the promotion of creative activities related to the professional rights and development of linkages with national and international organizations.
